About Us

The Islamic Education Centre for Women (IEC) is a registered Islamic organisation in Mangalore established under the Trust Acts of Karnataka state government with its headquarters at Peace Mansion, Mangalore. The Centre is a non-profit making trust founded for bringing about Islamic awareness in and around Mangalore.

Since its inception in 2009, this Islamic Organization in Mangalore has been striving to spread the Deen of Allah to the men and women in our community in an attempt to produce a better Muslim generation through Islamic education with the greater emphasis on personality development by taking Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ) as our role model.

The main aim of the Islamic Education Centre in Mangalore is to make Tawheed our primary issue in giving Dawah, to create awareness of the understanding of the Qur’an and the Sunnah as understood by Sahabah, and to make Muslims aware of the wrong beliefs, practices, and innovations.

This Islamic Centre is one means of providing an intellectual service to the community whereby individuals, parents and families – together with the activities of the IEC – strive to create people, homes, and ultimately, a community, that is illuminated by the Prophetic example.
